We have expanded our general investigation services, partnership with an experienced fraud examiner and specialist forensic accountant, Chris Moller (Adv. SA), with more than 40 years of combined experience providing or developing in effective operational, proactive, or reactive risk management responses in the most prominent sectors of the economy.

FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS, EVIDENCE GATHERING, AND FACTUAL WITNESS SERVICES

We offer extensive experience in uncovering possible irregularities or wasteful practices that might hurt your business operations and competitiveness through a wide range of specialised services, not limited to, but including:

  • Independent Internal Investigations and gathering of relevant information/ evidence, including obtaining affidavits/ statements, documents, photos, and/or any other supporting evidence/ proof as required by the assignment.
  • Reviewing and probing of all information received from whistle-blowers or other tipoff sources.
  • Compiling bundles of evidence consisting of affidavits, certified copies of relevant original documents, photos, and/ or any other evidence that might be relevant and required for internal investigations/ disciplinary action or to register a criminal case for further investigations by the relevant authorities (such as NAMPOL or the ACC).
  • Compiling comprehensive and detailed reports on such investigations, including the formulation of relevant recommendations on corrective actions needed to address noted risks and gaps identified in existing policy and procedures during the investigation.
  • Provide fact-based witness services in support of relevant disciplinary actions or criminal prosecutions.

LIAISON

With the Namibian Police, Government Ministries, or any other Institution for any required documents/ information to register criminal cases.
