Short Term Claims Assessing
SICS has successfully conducted various assessments/investigations for all insurance companies locally and abroad since 1999. SICS has footprints all over Namibia with capable and experienced consultants who are operating in Oranjemund, Luderitz, Keetmanshoop, Mariental, Gobabis, Otjiwarongo, Katima Mulilo, Rundu, Tsumeb and full-time offices in Windhoek, Walvis Bay and Oshakati. All claims outside of Windhoek are managed and administrated by our office in Walvis Bay.
Investigations
Investigation services provided by SICS are based on considerable expertise in different kinds of investigations, and experience of police and prosecution services and the judicial system in Namibia and South Africa.

ACT-LINE, 0800 66 66 66 is a toll-free hotline to which clients can subscribe, operated by SICS to gather information on violations of company policies and related criminal matters.
Tracings
SICS has built up a data basis since 1999 on persons we have traced for companies, legal practitioners and banks.
Forensic Investigation
We have expanded our general investigation services, in partnership with an experienced fraud examiner and specialist forensic accountant, Chris Moller (Adv. SA), with more than 40 years of combined experience in effective operational, proactive, or reactive responses.
